If you decide to contact me, WordPress will collect (but not store) your Full Name, Company Name, Email Address and Message, then I will receive an email to my business address so I can respond to your request.

ABOUT THE TEST:

If you decide to take the Customer Centricity Test available on this website, you will then be redirected to a Typeform webpage.

At the end of that test, I will ask you to fill a few information about your company, without asking for its name to preserve its anonymity. This information is used to provide you with a benchmark created thanks to previously saved results.

I will also ask for your Full Name and Email Address in order to send you the results of the test.

In fact, I do not personally send you those results, Typeform is the entity who will send you an email. You can unsubscribe easily at the bottom of that email, which will unsubscribe you from the Typeform community.

I will also receive a copy of your responses of the test, so I can help you.

All answers of the test are stored in my GSuite Drive, so I can create a benchmark for you.

Your Firstname and Email address are stored on Mailchimp in case I want to contact you in the future and send you interesting offers that will help your business grow. If you happen to receive an email directly from me, you can always unsubscribe directly at the bottom of the email.

If you wish to start a discussion and learn more about your results as well as recommendations and the benchmark, you can book a slot at the end of the survey. For this I use the application Calendly. The information you will enter will then be connected to my Google Calendar and business email, as you want us to meet and discuss.

DATA ON TRAFFIC FROM CXMANIA.COM:

I use Google Analytics in order to know how many people reach my website or on which pages they have clicked. The tools collects basic information such as the country of connexion, timestamps, device used, web browser, etc… but there are no information about you, your name or your email.

DELETING YOUR INFORMATION:

If you wish to remove your name and email address from my Mailchimp Newsletter or Typeform, please just click unsubscribe at the bottom of the email.

If you wish to remove your results from the test, please send me a request at matthieu@cxmania.com and I will delete everything.

LIMIT OF RESPONSIBILITY:

I am not responsible for the usage of data from any of the Third Party tool that could have access to your information, such as WordPress, Typeform, Mailchimp, etc… which I mentioned previously.
